Q: How can I trust you with my credit/debit card information?

A: You don’t have to! We never directly deal with your credit card information. We utilize a 3rd party processor like PayPal, STRIPE & DirectEasyPay so your information secured and unable to be charged without your permission.

 

Q: I saw your special offer is expiring soon.. can I get it later?

A: When it’s gone.. it’s gone.. we cannot guarantee a reserved spot for you.

 

Q: I cannot view your videos..

A: That is why we allow direct links to each of our videos for downloading. Our materials often require internet speeds of 10Mb/s+ Download. If you do not have faster internet, that is the issue.

 

Q: I get paid later in the week.. can I buy your course then?

A: Yes you can. The price MAY raise, but you can always buy any of my courses.

Q: I just purchased your course a second time accidentally, can I get a refund?

A: Yes, all informational products comes with a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Simply email us and make us aware of the issue [so we can SOLVE IT!] and we will issue you a refund within 3-5 business days. NOTE: Refund times are due to 3rd party processor used, Zach Miller does not control refund times.

 

Q: I cannot access the products I just purchased.

A: Within 5 (max 60) minutes there should be an email containing all your login & receipt information. If it does not, contact us at contact[[email protected]]zach-miller.com and we will work to resolve the issue for you.

 

Q: Can I get a refund on Quantum & Inner Circle Coaching?

A: No, all coaching sessions are non-refundable once payment has been received.
